Tim Day Has served as Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of a Stewart Title underwritten title company and over the last several years was directly involved in the settlement and funding of hundreds of varied real estate transactions. Most recently, as a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Mortgage Broker in California and Colorado, Tim has structured and invested in a wide range of real estate projects including; land development, commercial, residential, hospitality, and private offerings. His multidisciplinary background enables him to provide a wide range of solutions on financing, financial data and real estate transactions.
